Bishop John Sherrington, the new auxiliary Bishop of Westminster with special responsibility for Hertfordshire, is coming to our Church on Friday 22 June. He will administer the Sacrament of Confirmation to 14 of our young parishioners. They have been attending instructions weekly for the past three months. At Pentecost, Fr. Terry reminded us that Confirmation is not the person confirming their commitment to Jesus. Rather, it is the Holy Spirit confirming our resolve to follow Jesus in His way. On another front:- Fr. Terry’s trip to Tanzania saw the successful completion of the project bringing fresh drinking water to Nambaya village.
