By now you should have received your electoral registration form in the post. Dacorum Borough Council needs everyone to respond by 25 November, otherwise you cannot vote and you might be fined up to £1,000.
If you do not need to make any changes you can reply online, by post, phone or text. 
If you do need to make changes you have to reply by post, but you can still scan the code to get extra information or visit www.dacorum.gov.uk/registertovote
