Chipperfield Women In World War 2

1st of June 2011

I have seen very few photographs of wartime events or scenes taken in Chipperfield during the war, the one exception being the men of the Home Guard.
Again I ask for your help in providing any information for the following:
Alan Williams who lived at Laneways in Megg Lane with Dorothea and Brian.
Tony/Tommy White of 11 Queen Street whose father ran the Langley Road Garage.
W Squire. Was this Frederick William Squire? Did he marry Norah Wingfield, the butcher’s daughter, and move to Garston?
Anthony Tebbitt who lived at White Oaks next to Mahogany Hall.
A E Wallington who lived at 23 Nunfield with his wife May next door to Joe and Betty Cox.
A Wright. Did he live in Chandlers Cross?
Ron Bass who lived at 7 Queen Street with his wife Muriel and children, Lesley and Richard, played football and was a foreman at Home Park Mills
If you are able to help in any way, please get in contact with me.
