Chipperfield Indoor Short Mat Bowls Club returned to The Carvery at Little Hay Golf Complex for their Presentation Dinner on 6 May. An excellent 3-couse meal was enjoyed by all. Terry Timberlake, Bowls Club chairman, presented the John Prestwich trophy to Roy Wildman, a founder member, for his many years of support to the Club, and for his excellent bowling performance over those years.
President Ron Ray then presented engraved cups to the winners of the Pairs Competition Bill Taylor and Cliff Percival, and to the runners up,Pat Parish and Graham Skinner. Ron thanked the Committee for their hard work and stated the 2010/2011 season had been a good one for the Club.
