Spring Lecture

Saturday 26 March at 9.30am St Paul’s Church A STORY OF HOPE by Keith Johnson Keith Johnson graduated in mathematics in 1982 and attained an MBA in 1990 after which he spent 19 years travelling around the world working for the Rio Tinto company. For three years he ran their global Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), eventually becoming a member of Rio’s Executive Committee.

In 2008, at the start of the global recession, Keith was made redundant and despite 96 interviews, did not work during 2009. In January 2010 he joined the BG group, a major UK Oil and Gas Company, as head of Strategy. Keith will be speaking about his approach to business as a practising Christian, how his values have influenced his decisions and behaviour and how, most recently, his faith helped him through his journey of redundancy.
