A very successful and well attended Quiz Night was held on 27 November organised by Hugh Clifford and his team of Committee helpers. David Collette was an excellent Master of Ceremonies and John Stickland helped with the electronics. Anne Stickland and her catering team provided a delicious supper and Moreen and Pat manned the Bar. The young Ferns, Miranda, Charles and Serena organised the raffle and sold the tickets.
The Chairman thanked all helpers and those that attended on making the effort to come out on such a wintry night and for their support. The money raised for Village Hall Funds totalled £1,088.
