The aim of our Carers’ Support Scheme is to help you take control of your life and your situation and make decisions that are right for you. We don’t make judgements, we don’t make decisions on your behalf, we’re simply here to help if and when you need us.
We can help you over the phone, we can come and see you at home or we can meet you somewhere else – it’s up to you. We also run a fortnightly carers’ group in Hemel Hempstead. Our service is free and confidential.
