It is an incredibly busy season for Playskill with the children progressing well. We had an amazing moment when one of the parents donated nearly £400 raised from a naming ceremony for their child – I actually had to leave the room I was so moved by the lovely letter and the expression of deep gratitude in it – never mind the shock of so much money!  All 3 Therapists from Chipperfield work in the group, with Popsi Stokes being a wonderful help as the Occupational Therapist.  
Playskill is also now doing a new pilot project – Playskill Hemel Hempstead is developing fast – we have had over £1400 pledged and have put in a Grassroots bid for the bulk of the money. Two local Chipperfield people, Debbie Hughes, Speech and Language Therapist, and me as the Physiotherapist, will be working in the pilot group.  We have children registering and are keen to get the word out that the group will run from the end of April for children with physical difficulties or delay aged 1-5 years, please contact me on 07890 267722 or look at www.playskill.co.uk .
