All 4’s Endurance – Charity Motorcycle Ride For ‘help For Heroes’

I was watching TV coverage of coffins returning to RAF Lyneham from Afghanistan and wanted to do something to help. I can’t stop what’s happening in the world but realised I could do something to help the recovery of severely injured military personnel, some of whom are not able to continue with their career. I served in the RAF for 23 years and want to try and make a difference to the lives of my old colleagues. The plan is to ride our Harley-Davidsons to the four compass points of the UK mainland, covering 2,500 miles in 72 hours. This will help publicise the needs of returning injured troops and their rehabilitation. We aim to raise around £25,000 which will go to ‘Help for Heroes’.
