Saw the Chifferfield Web Site and my past flashed in front of my eyes.  My ages were 9-13.  My father was stationed at Bovingdon Airfield.  My family lived at “The Cottage” in Chipperfield.  I attended Durrants Secondary Modern School in Croxley Green.  Played on school soccer team & sang in school choir.  Graduated 2nd in class my first year.  I was a choir boy at the local Chipperfield Church.  I was, also, a stable boy at a local riding stable.  Had many friends & experiences that will never be forgotten.  It was so wonderfully innocent to be young.  I now live in Sacramento, California, USA.
