The youth football club continues to flourish although there are a few less teams than there have been in the past but we currently run 5 teams as follows.
Under 15’s – Coaches – Martyn Dicker & Tony Maclean; Under 13’s – Coaches – Di Hewetson & Colin Hall; Under 12’s – Coaches – Melanie Roberts & Simon Baker; Under 9’s – Coach – Corey Miller; Under 7’s – Coach – Michael McHugh.
There are considerable costs in running the club with pitch hire and the cost of hiring training facilities and the club recently arranged a fund raising event. This was hosted at Blackwells who made everyone feel very welcome. A raffle was organised and the club would like to express thanks to the following who all donated very generous prizes: The Clarendon, The Cart and Horses, Stanley’s Stores and Garden Scene.
At the last AGM Corey Miller was appointed as Chairman, Adrian Greenlees remains as Treasurer and Martyn Dicker was appointed as Club Secretary.
