On what must have been the most pleasant, balmy evening this year, some 40 members (together with husbands and friends) of the Chipperfield Evening W.I. met on the 19th August at Burford House for an enjoyable salmon supper, plus those delicious desserts!  Our thanks go to Lesley and Richard Edwards for once again opening their attractive garden, and their home, for our summer meeting.  We really do appreciate their generosity.  Many thanks.
