The Oliver family are pleased to announce the safe arrival of Katie Rose
on 27 July.  Proud parents are Rosemary Oliver and Martin Seager, a sister for Jack.

Luke and Karen Silverton are pleased to announce the safe arrival of their son, Julian James Silverton, on 2 September.  We would like to pass on our thanks for the many kind words of congratulation from friends and neighbours in the village.

Winnie and family would like to thank all those who sent flowers and cards in respect of the late David John Bastin who sadly passed away on Sunday 19 July aged 71.
David loved Chipperfield where he spent most of his life and was a loving husband, dad and granddad.  He will be sadly missed and always remembered.

Neill and Sarah Stanley of Stanleys Store are delighted to announce that Archie Noel Stanley was born at 18.19pm on 1st September 2009 arriving a few weeks early by Emergency Cesearian but weighing a healthy 7 lb 11ozs – Archie is having a little break after his speedy arrival in the wonderful Watford Special Care baby Unit – Mum is now home and doing well  and we are hoping Archie will be home soon.
