We are so pleased that together with Mr Clayton Rae of the Access and Rights of Way Department of Dacorum Borough Council, the Horse Track running alongside Langley Road has been resurfaced.  There is a little more work to do;  a muddy patch near the safety rails is awaiting attention and the surface needs to be rolled in slightly but Mr Rae has informed me this will be done soon.
All in all, I think everybody will agree the improvement is immense, especially for those wishing to walk or cycle on the track in safety from the increasingly busy Langley Road and we hope it will be of benefit to everybody.
Thank you to everybody who supports us by putting donations in our box at the General Stores in Chipperfield.  However much can be spared makes an enormous difference.  Without these donations we would not be able to continue with our projects to get the horses off the very dangerous local roads.  Tina Robinson, trustee
