Margaret Newman and her sister, Christine, have been given awards by the Royal National Life-Boat Institution in recognition of their many years of house-to-house collecting and service in the Chipperfield branch. The presentation took place on 7 June at a Presentation of Awards Ceremony at Robinson College, Cambridge. The event was attended by over 200 people and was a most enjoyable occasion. Thank you all for your very generous support of the RNLI over the years.
