Afternoon WI. Barbara Young gave us a wonderful talk with 60 slides on ‘The life and work of the artist Vincent Van Gogh’. Blues and yellows predominate in his lovely pictures and we were shown all the versions of his sunflower pictures, his self portraits and learnt a lot about the man himself.
