Chipperfield Free Family Fun Day
You don’t have to go into town to entertain the family! On Wednesday 15 April from 11am-4pm Dacorum Borough Council is organising a Free Family Fun Day at Chipperfield School, funded by the Big Lottery Fund. A team of playworkers will provide an activity-packed day of arts and crafts, physical play and sport and leisure. Bring your own refreshments. No need to book – just turn up and enjoy. 0-16s are welcome, although under eights must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Fund-raising dinner at Latimer House on Friday 8 May in aid of St. Mary Magdalene Flaunden Building Fund for the erection of a church room. Pay bar from 6.45pm followed by three course Dinner at 7.30pm. After dinner Gary Grant, founder of The Entertainer and Trustee of Restore Hope Latimer, will speak about his life, how The Entertainer started, and how becoming a Christian has impacted his business life.
