As Chairman of the Chipperfield Village Clubs Trust I am writing this to update you all about the current situation with Blackwells Village Club.
Paul & Di Hewetson have, after three years hard work, decided to give up the tenancy of the club and have been talking to a number of interested parties about taking over the lease. Whilst they are expecting to conclude this process before spring, if anyone is interested in taking over the lease they should speak with Paul at Blackwells on 01923 264708
The Trustees also have a role to play in selecting future tenants to ensure that they will continue to offer facilities and services to all village residents in line with the Trust Charter.
Paul & Di will continue to operate the Club until such time as a new tenant takes over.
