Philip Parnell, formerly of Chipperfield Road, Kings Langley and Claire Befroy were married on 25 September. The wedding ceremony and reception were held at Stocks Hotel, Golf and Country Club, Aldbury. The couple, who met in Kathmandu, spent their honeymoon in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore.
Philip, who attended both Chipperfield and Kings Langley JMI schools before moving on to Parmiters School, is now a partner in an international firm of valuation surveyors.

Pauline and Tom McAuliffe of 89 Scatterdells Lane would like to announce the arrival of their first grandchild Molly Jean on Sunday 19 September 2004. Mother and baby doing fine.

Joy and Arthur Hirst of Scatterdells Park are pleased that they have recently become great-grandparents.
